Restoration is our business, which is why we have invested significantly in our own equipment. Not only does this guarantee greater responsiveness for our clients, but it also means we use only state-of-the-art technology to respond to your emergency.

In addition to our IICRC accredited training, we are also specialised operators of a range of technical diagnostic equipment designed specifically for restoration.

We are qualified Test & Tag technicians and all equipment is checked and serviced to guidelines. For all of your water eradication and restoration needs, we own a range of brands and models.

Listed below is just a few of the many specialised drying systems we use as a combination to restore your property:

Air Movers

Air Movers increase the evaporation rate of a material by lifting moisture from the surface up into the air where the moisture can be collected and removed. Air Movers are typically spaced around a room in various positions to maximise drying efficiency.

Axial Fans for Structural Drying

Axial Fans deliver high volumes of air through a large opening to boost drying power. They are used to remove moisture-laden air from the area being restored to increase the rate of evaporation, boosting the effectiveness of dehumidifiers. Axial Fans are designed differently to Air Movers. They generally sit upright and swivel, so that air can be directed to the space you are drying, for example a ceiling.

Dehumidifiers

A Dehumidifier extracts moisture from the air and surrounding walls, and circulates cool dry air around a room while reducing the humidity level. Dehumidifiers capture small molecules of water vapour released from carpets, wood, plaster and other structural materials during the drying process. We stock a wide range of various types of dehumidifiers each designed specifically to dry different materials depending on the job requirements.

Air Filtration Devices

A particulate air filter is a device made of fibrous material, which removes solid particulates such as dust, dust mites, pollen, mould spores and bacteria from the air. We use HEPA air filtration devices. HEPA stands for “High-Efficiency Particulate Air” and it is a type of air filter that removes upto 99.97% of all particles greater than 0.3 microns from the air that passes through it.

Desiccant Dehumidifiers

The Desiccant dehumidifier is energy efficient and high performing. It is a single phase unit with selectable 25 or 40 amp draw, removing 344 pints of water per day at AHAM. It works well at higher temperatures and has the capacity to perfor specialty drying to concrete slabs, hard-to-access crawl spaces, etc.

Injectidry Timber Floor Board Drying Systems

This technology enables us to non-invasivly remove trapped moisture from hardwoord floorboards without having to uplift the flooring. The injectidry system returns the floorboards from a ‘cupped’ state back to a ‘flat’ condition, often only requiring a sand, seal & re-polish.

Direct-It & Adaptidry Drying Systems

These drying systems are used to dry cavities such as ceiling bulk-heads, wall cavities, cabinetry cavities and hard-to-reach place with minimul invasive techniques. These systems dry water damaged cavities by injecting air or removing moist air with negative pressure.

The Drymatic Heat Drying System

The Drymatic Heat Drying System is a fast, reliable method of removing bound moisture within a structure by concentrated heat and air movement to evaporate the trapped moisture. It comes with a number of attachments & mats making it possible to dry almost any building materials.

Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI)

Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) is a sterilization method that uses ultraviolet (UV) light to kill airborne micro-organisms. Bacteria, viruses and micro-organisms (like mould spores) have less protection from UV and cannot survive prolonged exposure to it.
